IKI + Niels Lyhne Løkkegaard

Vokaljazz Contemporary DKK 120/80

No advance tickets

The experimental and boundary-pushing vocal ensemble IKI will play an exclusive concert at Literaturhaus on 3 July. Since 2009, IKI has been challenging audiences' understanding of the voice as an instrument. The concert will be a journey into the pulsating and cosmic soundscape that IKI creates in the meeting of voice and electronics. Their voices are torn apart and reassembled in an ever-changing state of both chaos and zen. Inspired by names such as Sidsel Endresen, Meredith Monk and Laurie Anderson, you can expect an evening that celebrates the power and potential of the voice.
