Korhan Futacı has performed on countless stages. Notably, he appeared as part of the free jazz group Konstrukt at Roskilde Festival in 2019 and at ALICE in 2018. With his versatile artistic expression, he has collaborated with prominent musicians across genres, including free jazz icon Peter Brötzmann, percussionist Okay Temiz, Thurston Moore from the rock band Sonic Youth, and Marshall Allen of the jazz ensemble Sun Ra Arkestra. Futacı returns to ALICE with his solo project, which fuses traditional Turkish music with free improvisations. With his quartet, he draws us into an immersive musical universe that transcends time and place. It promises to be nothing short of spectacular!
