Carl Zinssou is a young pianist and composer who writes captivating and vivid music. His quartet is influenced by the nordic jazz scene, as well as the modern New Yorker-jazz. Their debut-EP “Et Ungdomstestamente”, presents a new take on “modern jazz” with piano and cello in front.
Based on a love for improvisation, the music invites the musicians to take chances and explore their personal expression in the music. The music is a tribute to naivety, aspiration, and all the things that characterize youth.
