The duo Made in Wood— pianist Jonas Berg and double bassist Bastian Sjelberg— invite you to their universe of contemplative music. They have topped Apple Music’s list of new jazz albums and were selected as Album of the Week on DR P8 in December 2025, describing their music as “a magical Nordic touch.” Inspired by jazz legends such as Charlie Haden, Bill Evans, and Jan Johansson, they have created their own unique expression with a focus on melodies and atmospheres.
