Snake and Jet's Amazing Bullit Band is organ and drums. Energy and mystery. A small ceremony. Drum heads, metal, keyboards and electrical components. Bodies, capes and hands made of magnetic tape. The music is free and organic, but slowly creates images of flights over alien planets and hippie rituals by the forest lake. Sometimes it is spherical and nostalgic, but most often it is a noisy volcano of rhythms and tones.

Over time, the band has sounded like the compositional equivalent of bullit bashing in a run-down arcade, a soundtrack to Arthur Rimbaud's The Drunken Boat and the musical manifestation of Ken Kesey's The Magic Bus. Playfulness is central, and the expression may be as crazy as it is groovy, but that is precisely why you will have a hard time keeping your foot still when Snake & Jet's takes the stage.
