within musicals landscapes like free-jazz, improv and contemporary music.
Andreas Røysum is a clarinetist, multi-instrumentalist and composer based in Rollag, Norway. When not

Hamid Drake. Røysum has had working relationships with luminaries like Alexander Von Schlippenbach,
Tristan Honsinger and Axel Dörner, and has also performed with Fire! Orchestra and Paal Nilssen-Love
Large Unit. When not working on his own music, he keeps busy running Motvind Records and the annual
Motvind festival in Rollag, Norway.
Lotte Anker is one of Denmarks most important saxophone players within the experimental music field. She
has been initiator and bandleader of a number of highly acclaimed collaborations and groups such as Anker,
Taborn, Cleaver (w/ Craig Taborn and Gerald Cleaver), Trio with Sylvie Courvoisier and Ikue Mori, to name
a few. Lotte has performed at major festivals and concert spaces in most of Europe, USA, Canada, Asia,
Africa and the Middle-East and has also played and toured with Marilyn Crispell, Herb Robertson, Tim
Berne, Okkyung Lee, Paal Nilssen-Love, Joelle Leandre, Raymond Strid, Sten Sandell, Andrew Cyrille, Phil
Minton, and many others
Simon Toldam, pianist/composer: One of Scandinavia’s most prominent and innovative musicians, with 20
albums as a leader and co-leader. He has won the Danish Music Awards Jazz five times, received the Autor
Honorary Award, and been granted the Danish Arts Foundation’s three-year working grant. He is part of ILK
Music. In addition to leading Simon Toldam Trio, Tak For Dit Brev, and Loupe, he has collaborated with a
wide range of international artists.
Ivar Asheim is a Norwegian drummer who has been based in Copenhagen since 2020, and made his mark
on the scene as founding member of the international artist collective and record label CRRNT Collective.
Ivar has released four albums with his band Billy Meier, is a member of the Norwegian free-jazz ensemble
Andreas Røysum Ensmble and has received a Norwegian Grammy with the band Konradsen. In recent years
he has been composing music for theatre, toured with pianist Henrik Lindstrand (Kashmir) and collaborated
extensively with Swiss/Filipino pianist Margaux Oswald in two trios, with Lithuanian bass player Aurelius
Uzameckis and Norwegian free-jazz legens Frode Gjerstad....
