Karlos Ponte is our very own culinary wizard, bringing Latin American roots and Michelin-level experience from restaurants including Taller, while Victor, former head chef at Bror and now the maestro behind the kitchen at BaneGaarden, brings wild energy and flavours that go straight to the heart.

Danish Vibraphonist Morten “Mo’ Green” Grønvad a.k.a. Gringo Starr takes you on an intimate musical journey with his partner of many years, Cuban bassist Yasser Pino. Here you can wittness the two equilibrist super musicians and their awesome instruments up close, and feel the cool vibes in their collaborative interaction through a repertoire ranging from
spicy original compositions via sizzling jazz standards to Latin American notes, and who knows – maybe they bring a friend?

Over the course of the evening you'll enjoy five courses, collected at the grill, the pots, the wild plant stall and the dessert bar – all while the jazz plays you into a seriously good mood. It's going to be packed with everything we love: food, fire, late summer, laughter and sustainable flavour bombs from both sea and garden. And as always; you can buy beverages in the bar, we'll make sure they're cold and ready.
