In the museum you can visit the commemorative rooms for Kamma and Knud Lyne Rahbek, who lived at Bakkehuset in the Golden Age. Kamma Rahbek was something so special as a notable female figure in the first decades of the 19th century. She was a talented and intelligent woman who together with her husband attrcted the outstanding personalities of the day to their home Among them were the poet Adam Oehlenschläger, the physicist H.C. In The Orangery Allan Haunstrup heads a team who daily do their very best to prepare fresh open sandwiches strongly inspired by the 19th century and at the same time to explore modern food trends with respect for professionalism, the raw materials and the seasons.
