The young jazz drummer from Vejle, Nikolaj Bangsgaard, has over the past 2 years found his footing on the jazz scene in New York. During this time, Nikolaj has played and performed with a multitude of fantastic musicians from all over the world, and this afternoon he presents two up-and-coming talents from the New York jazz scene; guitarist Miles Mindlin and tenor saxophonist David Truilo - 2 young musicians who are really breaking through on the international scene. In the company of rock-solid bassist Martin Brunbjerg (Little North, Nana Rashid, etc.), the group presents an honest take on how jazz can sound in 2024.
