The Solborg/Banke/Heebøll trio’s approach is fundamentally about focusing on how the material, through attentive, synergetic, and dynamic interplay, can be realized in the strongest possible way. Over time, we have developed a unique mutual understanding and—according to some listeners—a telepathic style of playing. As if everyone in the group breathes through the same lungs, creating transparent, elastic music. Here, listening and communicating happen with care, respect, and curiosity.

In 2026, we're collaborating with one of Denmark’s emerging young stars:
Vibraphonist Viktoria Søndergaard. Among other things, she has taken venues across the country by storm with the band BARYL and has collaborated with Marilyn Mazur. Viktoria has a clear intuitive understanding of the trio and its musical approach, and has just released her debut album "Music of Secrets". There is room here for both gale-force intensity and more poetic breezes.
