Musvit is one of the most talked-about young voices in Danish-Swedish jazz right now. The Danish-Swedish quartet won the 2024 Jazzkonkurrencen and was named "New Jazz Act of the Year" at the DMA Jazz Awards 2025 for their self-titled debut. Their music moves in an open field between modern jazz, rap, pop and Danish-language lyrics — at once melancholic, weighted and funky. Frontwoman Ronja Rose Andersson has additionally been nominated for Composer of the Year and Musician of the Year, and Musvit have marked themselves over the past year as a name that's here to stay.
