A super selection that celebrates and highlights instruments, sub-genres and current trends in Jazz-Denmark. This Monday in our festival program is under the theme: Young Danish jazz.
It grooves, it sparkles, and you are invited to party when Ea Cornelia Orchestra closes the evening “Young Danish Jazz” at Drop Inn with a power band consisting of some of Scandinavia’s most promising jazz talents.
Despite being only 22 years old, Ea Cornelia has already made a mark as a budding singer and musician on the Danish pop and jazz scene. With her warm, narrative and honest vocals, she manages to create presence and atmosphere, and together with her Danish-Swedish orchestra she lifts her original music to new heights in a vibrant and danceable universe, where Danish-language disco, pop and Nordic jazz merge.
