Swedish singer and composer Anna Kruse has set to music the powerful and existential poems of Edith Södergran, which she performs alongside Nicholas Kingo on piano, saw, and harmonica, and Jeppe Holst on various guitars. They are joined by Norwegian trumpeter Gunnar Halle, whose playing lends the music both edge and the sound of vast open spaces.

The jazz festival day at Lundehus Church is generously supported by the Bispebjerg Local Committee and the Nordea Foundation and is a collaboration between Lundehus Kulturforsyning, Utterslev Jazzcafe, and Lundehus Church.
